Contact us with any questions regarding our services!
Can I schedule a same-day appointment?
Oftentimes, requested parts may not be in our inventory. Certain parts, especially those specific to your vehicle, must be ordered. We will give our best effort to coordinate your appointment with parts delivery. Some estimates/inspections may be able to be conducted same-day, based on technician location and availability.
In order to best serve our customers, expect at least 24 hours between your inquiry and the estimate/service date. Exceptions may apply.
Do you offer Roadside, Emergency or Towing?
No. We do not offer Roadside assistance. Contact AAA, Hoosier Helper, or your local towing & recovery partner to safely retrieve your vehicle or assist further.
Do you work on Semis?
No. We do not work on the following:
-
Vehicles greater than 14,000 GVWR
-
Vehicles equipped with Air Brakes
-
Vehicles equipped with 5th wheels
-
Vehicles Upfitted with Buckets/Hydraulic Systems
-
Trailers Equipped with Dual Rear Wheels
Additionally, RVs, Box Trucks, Conversion Vans, and some Trailers may not be serviceable by Evolution One. Fill out our contact form, and a staff member will reach out to verify if any of the above apply to you.
I have an unfinished repair, can you finish it?
While it is possible we may be able to physically complete the repair, liability, part quality/origin, vehicle condition, and the possibility of incorrect repair procedures prevent us from completing repairs not begun by our staff. We recommend visiting a brick-and-mortar shop to help complete your service. As a member of the CARFAX repair network, we are more than happy to suggest local shops.
Certain repairs, like stripped lug bolts/drain bolts, may be repaired by our staff.
I have a recall, can you complete it?
We are not authorized by manufacturers or the NHTSA to complete recall repairs on your vehicle. We will, however, notify the customer if we discover a recall identified via our CARFAX connection, and suggest a local dealership to complete the repair.
I have a body panel that is broken.
We can replace certain components, such as headlights, taillights, foglights, mirrors, and (some) vehicle trim. We are unable to repair non-factory-installed components (such as Aftermarket Lighting, Bodykits, or Custom Body Panels). However, exceptions may apply for emergency vehicles or plug-and-play systems with documented repair procedures.
We are unable to provide painted parts, or perform repair on painted panels.
Is my Warranty Intact?
General Maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake service, can usually be performed by non-dealerships under a new car or used car warranty. However, we cannot guarantee this is the case for all warranties.
Please contact your dealership service department or warranty company for rules on their maintenance coverage. All fluids, filters, and components installed by Evolution One are approved by the vehicle manufacturer.
Does E1 have a Warranty?
Evolution One Automotive follows the warranty specified by the manufacturer of the part. Most parts have a mileage or time-based warranty.
For tires, each manufacturer outlines their warranty procedures on its website for your tire model. We do not approve/deny any warranty claims; these are subject to approval/denial by the manufacturer of your part/tire only. We are happy to assist customers in any way possible to process a warranty claim, if applicable.
Evolution One Automotive stands by our work. If you experience a problem directly related to work performed by us, please contact E1 ASAP to resolve the issue. Evolution One Automotive reserves the right to refuse service on any vehicle at our own discretion.
Note: We do not cover damages/failures to parts/repairs as a result of the following, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Improper Use by Customer (Example: Racing, Burnouts, Hard Acceleration/Deceleration)
- Unauthorized Use by Customer (Example: Lending a vehicle to a friend who fails to maintain the vehicle, or heed warning lights/messages)
- Tire Blowouts/Wheel Damage as a result of failure to maintain tire pressure.
- Tire Blowouts/Wheel Damage as a result of impact damage (Note: Some, but not all, Tire Manufacturer Warranties will cover impact/pothole damage)
- Failure to follow manufacturer instructions or warnings (Example: Break-In Procedures)
- Failure to follow recommended service intervals (Example: Oil Change Intervals)
- Failure to acknowledge and follow warning lights/messages (Example: Low Tire Pressure, Low Oil Level, Coolant Temperature Warning)
- Preexisting Conditions/Unrelated Repairs (Example: Engine/Transmission failure after Tire Replacement, Damage due to Rust, or Damage due to Aftermarket Modifications)
- Intentional Damage (Example: Improperly operating a vehicle to induce damage) (Note: This is clearly visible on all OBD-Equipped Vehicles and cannot be erased/changed to elicit a warranty claim, AKA a Vehicle "Freeze Frame". Additionally, technicians have been professionally trained to recognize the signs of abuse or intentional damage that appear on affected components)
- Undisclosed Damage (Example: Failing to notify Evolution One of a pre-existing engine issue before repairs begin, aftermarket modified vehicles)
- Damage as a result of repairs not performed by E1 (Example: Overheating after a coolant flush by another Shop)
